Hello, Dear Visitors!

Since the KPVZ Hidden Wiki is down for a while now, we noticed an increase in our traffic, which is of course totally understandable. I would like to personally welcome everyone here, on this... well, currently a Hidden Wiki Mirror, but who knows what will happen in the future?

I'm confident that the KPVZ will be back shortly. We saw downtimes in the past too, even heard gossips about the admin's arrest... fortunately none of those news were real. I'm sure this case isn't different: KPVZ is having some technical problems, and will be back shortly, don't worry. If not... well, that's another topic, and we're (fortunately) not there yet.

I think KPVZ's Admin is doing a great job managing the Wiki, respecting the freedom of speech, thus keeping the Wiki open and popular for everyone. So I'm not planning to change anything.

Yesterday, someone asked for the rules... basically they are the same as on the original Wiki, such as:

The Hidden Wiki welcomes every website which is functional. No exceptions.
Please only delete links from the Main Page if a service is down for a longer period of time.
The only exceptions are phishing sites: it is not allowed to replace a working site's address to an impostor one.
The scam policy is simple: Do your research! I'll explain this in a bit.
Bots aren't allowed here at all.

Now, about the scam-thing, because most of the times this is the most controversial topic in a rule set:

This is TOR, where every man is here for himself only (or herself, excuse me). As the KPVZ admin wisely said, in an anonymous environment it is very hard to prove or disprove anything. Scammers are indeed exists, which is unfortunate, but at the same time, legit shop owners often tries to discredit competition by marking them as a scam service. We don't wanna go into a war, or see the users going into a war with each other. So we're continuing the tradition that the HW will not judge instead of you. Do your research, as always! However, if you wanna talk about a site (good or bad), you can always use the Talk pages. But please, keep opinions and accusations to the talk pages.

This Wiki does not have the 30-day waiting period currently. I think we're too small for that yet, and as long as everything goes well, and we don't need to start banning users on a daily basis, we're not planning to change that. It is up to the users how long we can operate this way.

Anyway, have fun using the Wiki, and please SPREAD THE LINK.

I'm confident that KPVZ will be back soon (personally I really WANT it to return) but whatever happens, this place will always(?) be here, hopefully. History will show if we're going to continue as a mirror of the HW, or perhaps one day, as the new home of it. But don't get me wrong: we're not trying to take over anything, it's not the plan. We're fans of the original HW, and all of us wants it to return. And it will, soon :).

Thank your for reading this.
