Howto: JiskoJabber - Setup clients for Tor

Template:Needs translations Template:Main This setup guide uses the Pidgin linux client for demonstration but the configuration should be the same for Windows as well.

Step 1: Click Accounts -> Click Manage Accounts

Step 2: Click the Add button.

Step 3: Fill out the fields as shown below (don't forget to add your password too!)

Step 4: Fill out the fields as shown below

Step 5: Fill out the fields as shown below (Note: If you use the Tor Browser Bundle instead of the installed Tor daemon please change the tor proxy port from 9050 to 9150.)

Step 6: Click the Add button.
