As I see it, he is not 'hosting' content inside the Wiki, not uploaded any active content, just links to other sites. However, I can see that at least one phishing site is in it (Bitcoin Fog with a false address), so I ask Pppi to change it to the original address, or remove it at all.
On another note, that subpage is not a protected page, so basically anybody is able to edit it. If you think some material doesn't belong there, then... well... what is collaborative editing good for? :)
