You don't understand. The links on this Wiki are all established ones, all of the links are here for a long time, and the members agree with it. So if I don't delete your link, I can add one of my own? So anybody who doesn't delete your link can add his own new link? Because if this is so, in one week, we'll have 15 new commercial links on the Main Page, all from users who agreed to not delete your link if they can put up a new one.

No. You already have your own link here. I don't know which one is yours (I don't even care), but since you're not a new user, you have one. You don't need another. What will happen if EVERYONE here starts adding one more link? 25+ new links by next week, and nobody will earn money. Or you think you're special? You can add new links, but the others don't? Don't be greedy. Be happy what you already have here.
